Who can see everyones shifts?

1. Employees who have their DeskTime user roles set as Company Owners or Admins can see all scheduled shifts in the company.

2. Employees with roles set to Employee, User Admin, or User Manager won't be able to see the work schedules and absences of colleagues outside their assigned team. 

If you want all employees to be informed about their colleagues' schedules and absences, you can turn on the Team schedule visibility setting. To enable this setting for each team individually, go to Settings > Teamsand click Edit on the team you want to adjust settings for.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Settings > Teams.
  2. Select a team whose work schedule and absence calendar you want all users to see. Click Edit.
  3. You’ll be taken to the Team settings. Find the Team schedule visibility setting and select the checkbox. Once you’ve enabled the setting, click Save changes.

And there you have it! Now everyone in the company will be able to view this team’s planned schedules and absences.
